Most anticipated designer metamorphosis: after 10 years as the creative director of Yves Saint Laurent, Stefano Pilati recently joined the Ermenegildo Zegna family. He presented a flawless and elegant collection for the Ermenegildo Zegna Couture collection that gracefully pushed the fashion boundaries for the sartorial house. (Via Moises Martinez on Pinterest)

H.E. by MANGO by Scott Schuman (The Sartorialist) FW13

Scott Schuman (The Sartorialist) becomes the photographer of the Autumn/Winter 2013 H.E. by MANGO campaign, featuring top model Andrés ‎Velencoso
The campaign was shot in the streets of Barcelona.

The style of the other brother: Prince Harry

Button Down Shirts (He prefers no pattern shirts or checkered shirt), half-zip sweaters and tuxedo are the others!  When we see him in a fitted men’s suit there is no tie usually. Hoodies are the essentials for his street look.

I know that we are all talking about the royal baby recently. Before that, we were all talking about the royal wedding. It has been all about Prince William.

But there is a hidden fact. (May be not that hidden). If I ask women; Prince William or Prince Harry majority would choose Prince Harry.

Why? I don’t know either. There is something about him. Scientist couldn’t explain why women find bad guys more attractive either. I’m not saying that the little prince is a bad guy. I’m just saying that he has that look. There is his signature cheeky grin and eyes that twinkle with trouble.

The way he looks is different from the way Prince William looks. That’s a fact!

Prince Harry has a classic sense of style but he makes them look trendy more than classic. Not shabby at all! Although Prince Harry has made more headlines for what he hasn’t worn (Vegas) the way he dresses or carry the outfits are different from his big brother. He knows how to choose a colour. It’s easy to say blue and khaki are his colours and he uses them a lot. From his polo gear to his military ensemble, he looks pretty great in uniform too.

“No one has ever made a collared shirt and chinos look so good—except Ryan Gosling.” said a Mamamia reader who met him in a night club.

The messy haircut is his thing.

Button Down Shirts (He prefers no pattern shirts or checkered shirt)

The prince was spotted shopping in the TK Maxx branch in Kensington High Street, Central London, on May but he doesn’t shop from TK Maxx anymore.

He is a prince with charming eyes and an attitude. It would be ok whatever he wears, right?

What’s your outfit today?

Some accessories are forever!

G-shock; my friend's indispensable accessory :)

James McAvoy style in Trance at a glance

We get used to seeing James McAvoy as a nice guy with no beard, fully bald and in good behaviours because of X-Men. Although I’m always into bad boys like all the women in the world somehow I always find him charming… His smile and his killer blue eyes… There is something about him…

Last week I saw the movie Trance by Danny Boyle… It has been such a long time that I haven’t seen such a great movie! I loved everything about it. The characters, the production, the scenes, the scenario, the end… Everything!

And yet I fell in love with James McAvoy.

Trance is quite brutal at times. Screen violence at almost every scene. But psychological curiosity has always drawn my attention. There was a love of art in the movie; and then a real obsessive, passionate, mentally wrong love! James McAvoy pulled it very well.

We all know that he always chooses Prada for red carpet. “As a short man, Prada works particularly well, because they know how to fit short Italians,” says McAvoy. Now he has ginger beard which looks good on him too. I always prefer men with a little bit beard. That’s the style key for being a bad boy.

He looks good in suits on red carpet (Prada)
He looks good in suits on red carpet (Prada) and casual outfits too but in the movie I prefer to see him in casual outfits because the suits he wears in Trance seem like he is wearing the old suits from his big brother or dad. They are oversized for him!
Now let’s have a look at his style in the movie. Simon’s style…

In the first scenes we see him in nice boy outfits with vest. (By the way vests only look good on Hugh Grant and Jude Law.) When it turns out he is a bad boy, his outfits change into smart casual which I like more.

- Faded coloured t-shirts and bad boy jeans made him seem look cool. They reminded me of Diesel.

Also blue shirt with roll up sleeves… An iconic style for a cool guy in shirt!

He is wearing a navy blue quilted jacket with a buckle neckstrap and exposed full-length zipper. I don’t know the brand but it gives off a Belstaff vibe to me.

The dark blue t-shirt that he wears looks good on him.

GIVE YOUR FEET SOME FRESH AIR THIS SUMMER and stay “cool"!

There are some discussions on web about men and sandals.
Should a man wear sandals? Why shouldn’t he?
When the weather is really hot sandals are life savers. If you use them right they are cool, they stylish and they are comfortable!
Give your feet some fresh air this summer - but don’t embarrass yourself in the process. Just in case….
So here are some sandals that I think they will look great on any men.
PS: Don’t wear them with trousers. Wear them with shorts/Bermudas.
  1. Tommy Hilfiger
  2. Birkenstock
  3. Paul Smith
  4. Lacoste
  5. DSquared2
  6. Abercrombie & Fitch
  7. Prada
  8. Reef
  9. Sperry

It takes only one necklace!

Only one necklace can turn a regular guy into a ‘sexy-hot guy’! It’s the army necklace/dog tag. As a woman I can easily say that it’s hard to resist to an army style! ;)

P.S: Yes; I’ve recently watched G.I Joe: Retaliation

How to look formal and stylish?

If you’re the kind of guy who likes to look neat and stylish, you’ve probably had the same question every morning: “What should I wear at work today?”

Looking good and knowing it makes you feel better all day during the stressful and exhausting work environment, and it’s getting more important if your job is all about meetings. The only thing you should do is to be in the style you always are but make it look more professional.
A stylish look requires originality and individuality. But the key to look formal & stylish is smart casual.

    Wear:
    - Cord or canvas pants, chinos (In some cases maybe dark coloured jeans…)
    - Ties
    - Leather shoes, loafers
    - Formal/slim belts
    - Slim jackets
    - Cardigans
    - Sleevless vests (This is a sexy effect. I don’t know why but it is)
    - Watches, bracelets (leather bracelets are preferred)
    - Scarves (Accessories are always a MUST in a stylish look for     men)

    Don’t wear:
    - Sneakers, slip-ons
    - T-shirts
    - Sandals
    - Leather jackets
    - Spiked shoes (This rule is not just for formal look. Try to not wear them at all)
