What to buy for 2020 Autumn and Winter? (As an addition to masks and sanitizers)

Even though Coronavirus comes for street style, we still go out and we don't go out naked. As a tribute to our crowded and fashionable streets, we still hang out there with the best look we can. Don't just look at your last year's street style photo and sigh.
So... What to buy for 2020 Autumn and Winter? (As an addition to masks and sanitizers)

  1. Sneakers... More sneakers. √
  2. T-shirts... Never enough! √
  3. Double-breasted jackets. They have always been popular because, when worn correctly, they can be less stuffy than traditional blazers. √
  4. Non-Motorcycle Leather Jackets √
  5. Cross-Body Bags √

8 Ways to Keep Your Style in a Heatwave

Yes, it's god damn hot and it's not easy to think about your style during this heatwave but that doesn’t mean you can't.
Although the only thing we can think about is being as naked as w can during the day, trying to find a way to live in an air condition or other brilliant ideas; we'd like to remind you the 8 sartorial rules you need to be following right now.
The solution might seem easy: Bermuda shorts, t-shirt and sandals. But that's not all!
So here, to help you get it right as the weather warms up and the lockdown rules loosen, are 8 key rules for staying stylish in the heat.

1. Fabrics! Yes, fabrics!

A simple but important one. Wearing the wrong fabrics in the heat might tak your will to live. Silk-linen mixes, poplin cottons and open-weave pique fabrics are your best bet here. In fact, anything even remotely breathable will be your best friend.

2. Hat! But the cool ones...

3. Wear that bloody sun cream!

4. The biggest investment for your style during the year - especially for summer: A proper Sunglasses

A good pair of sunglasses will have the power to make or, indeed, rapidly break your look. The key, therefore, is to not only spend money on a quality pair that will enhance everything else you’re wearing, but to also choose some that will go with all the summer gear you own. If you tend to sport beiges, blues and greys then opt for a pair of glasses in tortoiseshell. If you prefer primary hues or monochromatic shades, go for black.

5. And, of course, shorts... Get as much as you can!

Get yourself a couple of high-quality tailored shorts you really enjoy wearing and feel great in, because the chances are you’ll be sporting them much more than usual in the coming months.

6. Never take your shirt off in public (unless you’re lying horizontal or you are in a park)

7. Sandals rather than flip-flops

Keep your flip-flops for the gym showers (when gyms finally reopen) instead. You can never go wrong with a good pair of Birkenstocks.

8. Use a non-white-mark deodorant

4 Must to Follow Rules to Wear A Tank Top

Is it really a time to show off some of your gains? But, do you feel so shy to take off your shirt? Well, there is another solution to this shyness, wear a tank top! Wearing a workout tank top in the gym to look directly at your gains while exercising is actually exciting. However, you need to be very careful while wearing a tank top as there is a fine line between great and gross when you wear it, especially outside the gym. Here are 4 must to follow rules that you must learn to wear a tank top to avoid being weird when you move around.

1. It Should Be Well-Fitted but Not Like A T-Shirt

The rule of wearing a tank top is just the same as a t-shirt, it should be well-fitted. However, it makes you look worse if it is too small or too large for you. Imagine a big size tank top which reveals more than the actual need, does not it look weird? The tank top is already showing off a lot, so don’t reveal more of you with an inappropriate size. If you feel comfortable, only then you can look confident wearing it. In the gym, wear a little more fitted tank top to reveal your gains. It motivates you when your body is pumped. A good workout shirt does the same but a tank top adds a little more spice to it.

2. Choose Colors Decently

Remember, a tank top is not a t-shirt so don’t apply the same sense on it. Tank top should not be of vivid colors, having gym quotes in weird font, or too much of images. It should be of nice smooth colors, as it does not have much cloth on it to adjust big texts. The minimal fabric is already a casual style, so don’t overdo style by wearing those that have traditional big texts on them. It is suggested to wear strips, simple patterns, a single small sign or image like a leave, etc.

3. Trim Your Chest Hair

Due to the style of tank top, most of the part of the upper chest from the middle reveals when you wear it. Needless to say, along with the chest muscles, your chest hair also reveals. Well, it is totally in your control to manage the amount of hair you have on your chest. If you want to reveal your body, don’t make it weird for everyone. The tank top is supposed to be cool and don’t spoil your look with a layer of thick fur on your chest. It’s totally your choice to trim your chest hair to a level where they just make you look hot or otherwise simply clean it all. There are multiple choices for removing your chest hair such as using a trimmer, razor, wax strips, body hair removing creams, or a laser for a permanent solution. Don’t Wear It Everywhere Alright, it’s pretty clear that it is totally your choice what to wear but do a favor to the society and follow this rule.

4. Don’t wear it everywhere!

If you have worked hard in the gym, don’t put everyone in a weird situation by showing off your gains every time everywhere. It’s weird when you go for grocery shopping wearing a tank top. Common on! There are so many people there who are not interested to look at your body at all. Wear it in the gym, a pool party, or at a beach. Wear it where people actually appreciate you for wearing it and consider you a smart and hot guy.

The Best Men's Fragrances for Summer 2019

If you don't wear your big thick winter jacket in summer, you shouldn't wear your winter fragrance either.
It's important and good to find a scent that fits your skin perfectly but after all, scents, like clothes, fall in and out of fashion. Here are the fragrances that will keep you smelling fresh & amazing in summer 2019.

1. TOM FORD

It's Tom Ford. So Tom Ford is as Tom Ford does. Just what impeccable tailoring smells like... Suggestion: Neroli Portofino √

2. Byredo

Byredo's mix of gin, pink pepper and oak moss is a strong sign unisex fragrances are the future.

3. Givenchy Givenchy's

Gentleman is for the modern man, as opposed to one stuck to the rules of old. Instead of excessive musk, you've light citrus notes, and something that'll upgrade your bathroom cabinet for 2019 and beyond.

4. Issey Miyake

Issey Miyake's left-field mix of mandarin, coriander and sage is a refreshing take on summer fragrances, and one that bucks the trend of overtly woody (and masculine) scents.

5. Jo Malone

Jo Malone has long been in the business of good smells. But it's relatively new to the world of men's fragrances. This myrrh and tonka cologne, a punchy mix of woody base notes and refreshing summer-appropriate scents, is a great start.

The Raf Simons x Adidas Ozweego, the Ultimate Ugly Sneakers

Since 2013 Raf Simons and adidas have been delighting us with some of the most exclusive launches in the world, especially with Detorit Runner and Ozweego lines.

The original Ozweego was released by Adidas in the late 1990s, and truthfully Raf Simons' take shares little with the OG other than the name. They aren't just a replica of a vintage sneaker re-issued for today—they're a genuinely novel, thoughtful, elevated take. Raf's version doesn't even have Adidas's three-stripe design on the side panel, and they were a hit. Today, "ugly sneaker" is synonymous with Balenciaga's Triple S, or maybe even Kanye West's Yeezy 700. But Adidas and Raf are still churning out Ozweegos in new colorways—and there's perhaps no better no version than this.
Just like Ozweego, Detroit Runner is also based on aesthetics for which Simons has been named Designer of the Year in 2017, utilizing the latest adidas technology. With a canvas upper and rubber midsole, the result is a shoe that contains the most personality of the moment.

8 Menswear Investment-worthy Pieces That Every Man Should Have In His Closet

Trends come and go but your wardrobe - and you – need more stable relationship, right? There are some timeless, investment-worthy pieces that every man should have in his closet. Pieces that make you look put-together, no matter what. Wardrobe-wise this is the most solid advice you’re going to receive all year. We’ve done the work to pull together a list of 8 trending menswear pieces that will get year-long wear and play nice with others. Happy shopping.

1. Field Jacket

Field jackets suit practically everyone, but they’re not completely overdone, so the sooner you enlist one, the better.

2. Grey Sweatshirt

Elvis, Paul Newman, and even King Edward VIII were all partial to a sporty grey sweatshirt – and pictures of them wearing the item look just as fresh today as they did when they were taken. If that's not proof of how timeless they are, then we don't know what is.

3. Straight-Leg Trousers

It’s been more than a decade since the introduction of skinny jeans, but they’re not every men's favourite. Always have straight-leg trousers in your wardrobe for timeless and cool styles. 2018 calls for a straight-leg fit anyway.

4. A Variety of Solid Colour T-shirts

As suits become increasingly rare in offices, the chances are you'll wear T-shirts (whether alone or in your layering style) more than any other item you own. You never have enough t-shirts so just put some in the basket anyway. It's best to go for the highest quality one you can afford in a variety of colours – white, navy and black or grey are good starting points.

5. Anti-Minimal Trainers

Ugly trainers become a huge trend in 2017. We’d advise you to rein it in a little for 2018. You can pick up a pair of statement kicks.

6. Herringbone Coat

It’s been almost a decade since heritage menswear was done to death, so the time is finally ripe for it to have another outing in your wardrobe. Throw it over a suit now for smart but statement-making style, and come next winter layer over sportswear staples for a more contemporary high-low feel.

7. Smart Black Shoes

Black shoes tend to get relegated to workwear, but the right pair can work just as well casually. Go for something that's fairly classic but with a slightly chunkier sole and a bit of personality up top and it'll be just as suited to your time off the clock as on.

8. Chunky Derbies

Do not hesitate to be bold in 2018-19 when it comes to shoe game. Menswear’s going a step further by giving traditionally ‘safe’ Derby shoes a plus-size injection of personality.

The Luxury Menswear Brands That Are Worth a Long-term Wardrobe Investment

Article from dmarge.com by Benjamin Fitzgerald.

Not all brands are created equal. As with cars, watches and fancy homes, the word ‘designer’ is often misused in clothing. Nowadays, designer fashion represents clever craftsmanship, quality fabrics and of course, a blood-rushing aesthetic that makes you have to have that thing, even if it takes your entire paycheck.
Which is why we’ve taken the shoddy away from the sleek, to give you a definitive guide to men’s designer fashion brands this season. Buy one or two, or buy them all (ca-ching!) — just don’t go dressing yourself head to toe in designer logo-ed pieces. That’s trashie, and it’s a style sin.

#1 TOM FORD

+29 Photostom
Sexy, smooth yet madly masculine, American designer Tom Ford is known for his precision. Balancing the quintessential with the avant-garde, Ford’s incredibly cut dinner jackets and tuxedos are his calling card, coming in a myriad of colours and prints. Or simple-and-chic, black. He also boasts a mean grooming line for men, too. Pucker up.

#2 GUCCI
+29 Photos
The Italian maison has undergone one of the most drastic directional shifts since Milanese designer, Alessandro Michele, took over the creative director helm in 2015. Nowadays, Gucci is challenging archetypal menswear, offering an eclectic and very romantic feel. But, its Italian craftsmanship and attention to detail, starkly remains.

#3 NEIL BARRETT

+29 Photosneil-bar
Britain’s Neil Barrett cut his design teeth at Prada and Gucci in the nineties, before jumping fashion ship and launching his namesake label in 1999. Contemporary graphics — like the lightning bolt — and monochrome hues painted over minimalist style essentials in quality fabrics, are his forte. As is, the leather jacket.

#4 THOM BROWNE

+29 PhotosDesigner Fashion Brands

American designer Thom Browne steeps his collections in tailoring, hallmarked by a distinct grey which dusts-up most of his quality-made, contemporary suiting. Cropped trousers and embellished separates are another signature, as well as pebble-grain leather goods. But the TB moniker isn’t his initials, but rather, a navy, red and white stripe swatch that’s stitched onto the edge of his pieces.

#5 DSQUARED2

+29 Photosdsq
A winning twin combination is behind Canadian fashion brand Dsquared2. Dan and Dean Caten’s tough yet heritage collections play on the North American nation and come as a blend of punch-y prints (think plaids), bold colours and add-ons of clothes, offering the gent an urban twist on a polished looks. Check out their jeans, embellished to ripped to plain, and luxury leather sneakers.

#6 DOLCE & GABBANA

+29 Photosdg
Needing no introduction, the Silcian duo have continued to send out some of most iconic (and extensive) menswear collections down the runway since bowing in 1985. Dolce & Gabbana‘s famous monogram only stamps itself on sleek and luxurious pieces. You can’t look past their distinctly Italian collection of suits, impeccably cut and finished for work and the weekend.

#7 MONCLER

+29 Photosmoncler
The heritage down jacket maker has established itself as a fully-fledged European fashion heavyweight. At chez Moncler, innovative materials are combined with sporty silhouettes, for a Franco-Italiano spin on contemporary menswear. Check out their quilted outerwear – from blazers to gillets to full-blown hooded parkas with a fur trim. Brrr…

#8 LOUIS VUITTON

+29 Photoslv

The darling of French luxury behemoth LVMH, Louis Vuitton knows what it means to be luxurious. What started out as a trunk maker in 19th-century Paris, Louis Vuitton now offers extensive tailoring and accessories, as well as riffing on a younger-gen cool with luxed-up sneakers and sophisticated streetwear pieces — thanks to LV’s head men’s designer, Kim Jones. But, it’s LV, so it’s still elegant.

#9 PRADA
+29 Photosprada
More than 100 years since its 1913 debut, Prada has dressed Italian kings and adorned the backs of some of the most stylish celebs on the red carpet. As well as sharp suiting, Prada has ventured into chic athleisure and off-duty pieces, staying molto relevant under the fine eye of Miuccia Prada. Check out Prada’s casual button-ups and knits, and their reworking of classics such as the derby shoe.

#10 SALVATORE FERRAGAMO
+29 Photossalferr
The Italian maestro that is Salvatore Ferragamo now has a new design head, Guillaume Meilland. But the younger creative director still manages to capture Ferragamo’s rakish suiting and smart separates for an elevated but timeless approach to style. Come here for menswear staples like blazers, collared jackets and slim-fit trousers, but the devil is in Ferragamo’s details, with on-point tassel loafers and a leather goods range that is hard to rival. Stock up.

#11 GIORGIO ARMANI
+29 Photosarm
A style doyen in his own right, Giorgio Armani is one of Italy’s most-respected designers. Known in particular for his immaculate tailoring, you can’t overlook Armani’s marriage of expert craftsmanship and luxurious materials, which makes the Armani legacy top-notch. Lately, Armani has embraced the comfort themes in menswear: louche tailoring, and plush knits off-duty, with flawless suits for work.

#12 BERLUTI
+29 Photosberluti
Another maison of the Vieux Continent, Berluti‘s European heritage — which stems back to 1895 — hasn’t been lost with the appointment of the French brand’s new designer, Haider Ackermann. The Colombian-Parisian offers a sweet mix of distinguished accessories and ready-to-wear, but you can’t over look Berluti’s leather shoes, made from its iconic Venezia leather.

#13 BURBERRY

+29 Photosburb
With claims to have invented the trench coat, Burberry is one of Britain’s most beloved fashion exports. Known for the Burberry plaid, this quintessentially-English brand is pushing sartorial boundaries with Christopher Bailey — putting off-kilter fabrics such as tech-wools and lace into the men’s fashion mix, as well as graphic prints. Don’t have Burberry scarf or trench yet? Sacrilege.

#14 COMME DES GARÇONS

+29 Photoscdg
With a French name, there’s a certain je ne sais quoi about the quirky Comme des Garçons. Japanese in fact, the luxury streetwear label was formed in 1969 by Tokyo’s Rei Kawakubo and has managed to stay culturally relevant thanks to a monochrome base augmented with rainbow-toned brights for a playful edge. As for tailoring, expect asymmetric cuts with Japanese-expert fabrics.

#15 DIOR HOMME

+29 Photosdior
Dior Homme is one of the most well-rounded luxury brands for men. Traditional pieces revel in the label’s Parisian heritage while innovative shapes, thanks to the recently-departed design head Raf Simons, reflect the brand’s contemporary edge. Expect sleek silhouettes — like suits and topcoats and straight cut bottoms — polished with understated embellishment for a flattering finish. We like their sunnies too. Non, j’adore.

#16 HELMUT LANG

+29 Photoshelmut
Helmut Lang is simple elegance. The Austrian designer’s namesake collections feature a refined palette of muted shades in sleek shapes, sometimes spruced up barely-there details. One for the minimalists among us, come to Helmut Lang for clean lines and anti-embellishment items, stocking up on high-quality fabricated basics.

#17 CALVIN KLEIN

More than just a cool brand of underwear, Calvin Klein the label is now helmed by Raf Simons, and frankly, the all-American outfit is about to turn into a fashion phenomenon. Still a menswear traditionalist, CK boasts a utilitarian outlook but with a sports kick nowadays. While the CK knitwear is iconc, the suiting is not to be missed. Nor, are the old-school, washed out denim jeans.

#18 COSTUME NATIONAL

+29 Photoscn
The Italian-born Costume National isn’t shy in expressing itself. Riffing on the rebellious, designs carry a quasi gothic edge, rock-esque even, sung in the way suiting is super sharp and shirting is dark and moody. Lately, we’re loving CN’s luxury cotton bombers, trouser-like chinos and textural knits, with pops of colour to deflect a totally punk takeover. It’s chic-meets-Beetlejuice.

#19 BRIONI

+29 Photosbriono
Founded in 1945, Brioni’s Roman regality has become one of the world’s leading labels of luxury. Known as the superyacht of tailoring and outerwear, a can’t-miss is Brioni’s accessories line, from wallets to belts to bags and shoes. Getting on the cool-guy wagon, casual staples like suede bombers are top-sellers these days too, with all of Brioni’s production still taking place in the motherland. Molto bene.

+29 Photosloro

Now, that exquisite cashmere, plush cotton and smooth silk comes as a Loro Piana sweater, t-shirt or scarf as it later added clothing and accessories to its offering. The brand is committed to quality and textile innovation without shunning timeless Italian elegance. But such standards come at a price. Save those pennies for this one.

School’s out.

#22 GIVENCHY

+29 Photosgiv
A true Parisian maison, Givenchy has turned fashion heads since the 1950’s. And still does with designer Riccardo Tisci is at the helm. Combining dark romanticism with a streetwear slang, Givenchy has won over celebrity fans including Kanye West, David Beckham and Justin Bieber, just to name a few. Come here for its pinstripe suiting and printed t-shirts and sweat shirts.

#23 BALMAIN

+29 Photosbalm
Founded in 1945, Paris’ Balmain has really ramped up its rock star glam and military style, thanks to Olivier Rousteing. Join the Balmain army.

#24 VALENTINO

+29 Photosval
Having only stepped down from his eponymous label a few years ago, Valentino is now headed up by Pier Piccioli, coming out as a contemporary range of menswear and accessories with a strong focus on tradition and innovation. There remains an emphasis on tailoring and coats, and studded leather goods are a Valentino charm, but never sacrificing sophistication for rebellion.

#25 ALEXANDER MCQUEEN

+29 Photosmcq
Known as Britain’s enfant terrible, Alexander McQueen‘s design genius has been immortalised via longtime friend Sarah Burton, since his tragic death. McQueen’s menswear is drenched in Savile Row-esque tailoring but with a dark, dramatic shadow, hallmarked by the brand’s skull motif. Come here for suiting, off-beat jewellery and cool leather sneakers.

#26 PAUL SMITH

+29 Photosps
Representing modern Britain, Paul Smith is known for his sharp suits in comfortable fabrics, statement going-out shirts and even socks, the bolder the better thanks to dare-ish prints and fruity colourways. Of late, his outerwear been dipped into the Skittles mix too, but for the more sound of taste, classic navy, grey and of course, black still form the bulk of his tailoring. We love his burgundy leather shoes; loafer or derby, or get both.

#27 MAISON MARGIELA

+29 Photosmm
Originally under Belgian Martin Margiela, John Galliano flies the Maison Margiela flag today, taking it from a traditional Paris house to one that’s edgy and raw — in true Galliano taste. Suits, suits, suits. Ermenegildo Zegna founded his generational label in 1910, and then went on to transform the cloth manufacturer into a fully-fledged tailoring and ready-to-wear outfit. Zegna is cutting edge for materials, which are worked into business and off-duty suits as well as knitwear and simple tees. Also, their leathergoods are super chic.
